The ENDRAL website and brand present clothing and allow visitors to register a free priority-access request. For legal, commercial or order-related questions, use the website contact form.

The texts, photographs, graphics, trademarks and visual elements on this website are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation or use is prohibited.

A priority-access request is free, carries no obligation and is neither an order nor a sale. No payment or bank information is requested when making a reservation.

When a product is ready for sale, registered visitors may receive a private Shopify link. Before payment, the product, final price, any delivery charges, destination and estimated delivery time are shown. An order is accepted only after payment has been approved and a confirmation has been sent.

Offers remain subject to available stock. Photographs and colors are presented with care, but their appearance may vary between screens. Any mandatory consumer rights under the applicable law remain fully reserved.

ENDRAL collects only the information submitted through the form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, size, quantity, country and an optional note. It is used to manage priority access, send launch information and, where applicable, prepare an order.

Personal data is not sold. It may be processed by Shopify and by providers strictly required for website operation, communications, payment and delivery. It is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes and applicable legal obligations.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your priority request, by using the contact form. Some information may be retained where required by law.

Shipping is available only to the destinations shown on the website. Delivery charges are not included in the displayed product price and are communicated before payment on Shopify.

Delivery times are estimates. Depending on the destination, taxes, import duties or carrier charges may apply. Available information is shown before the order is confirmed or communicated by the carrier.

If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from the order, contact ENDRAL promptly with the order number and photographs. An appropriate solution will be offered in accordance with the applicable law.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it may be exercised within the period provided by law. The product must be returned unworn, unwashed, with its labels and in its original condition. Statutory exceptions, including for certain personalized or unsealed products, continue to apply.
